True Spiritual Healing
Methods For Healing the Psyche
Have you ever had a time in which you felt that "the world is after you" or that you want to "end it all"? Had there been a time in which you thought of revenge, suicide or anything extremely negative? And finally, have you ever considered yourself to be the subject of pity, ridicule or even controversy?
If so, then you are experiencing a wound.
What is a wound, in this case? In general terms, a wound is a cut or breaking of the skin to where blood is set free. If I cut my hand, or perhaps stabbed it, the result would be a wound. After it healed, the healed portion is called a scar. Many "back-to-spirit" advocates ranging from Joan Borysenko to Caroline M. Myss describe wounds as "inflicted parts of the psyche."
But the question is, "How can you inflict a part of the psyche?" Knowing that the psyche, both human and cosmic, is holographic, it is sane to realize that if a part of the psyche is inflicted, then the entire psyche is inflicted. To solve that problem, let us realize that wounds are not inflictions of the psyche but rather illusions based upon fear.
But what is this fear? Fear in the New Age sense means the ultimate delusion, and what we belive to the contrary of the Universe we experience as disease. A wound in this case would be an illusion (what we see to be real) based upon a delusion (what we belive to be real). Like Wayne Dyer stated, "You'll see it when you belive it."
But going back to the wound issue: when you belive to the contrary, and you then see the illusion based on the belief, then you have a wound in your psyche (which is not real), and thus you have disease.
But how can you get disease if you have a wound? When you have a wound, you create negative energies which can affect parts of the body to where it can damage it. Positive energy is based upon reality; negative energy is based upon illusion. When you see something that is not real, you create the energy that destroys.
Now what can you do to reverse this and heal yourself? The first step is to find out what you are believing. What is it about reality that you perceive? Does it resonate with Ultimate Reality? What do you base that belief on? Ask yourself these questions and whatever more you can come up with so as to discover the wound.
Next, write down beliefs that you want to use in your healing. I wrote statements like "My blood pressure is normal no matter what" and "My cholesterol level is always normal." Whatever you believe in, it will help you if they resonate with Ultimate Reality.
Finally, state these beliefs to yourself repeatedly, at whatever pace you decide. Note that there will be some resistance from your subconscious as it is known to have a ROM-like memory. The subconscious is easliy overwritten with the new statmeents, and it will not be long before those beliefs become reality.
I hope this will help you heal your life. If not, there are other programs for you to try. All that matters is that you are healed afterward. My best reading suggestion is You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L. Hay. You can find this book at your local library or bookstore. If you can't find it, see if you can special order. I wish you the best of your healing journey and namaste.
